2)How long does it take to see results?
With consistent use twice daily (AM & PM), visible improvements in skin tone and fresh dark spots can be seen within 4 to 6 weeks. However, stubborn pigmentation use this alongside a proper treatment routine and this may take up to 8–12 weeks for significant fading.

3)Is this serum suitable for all skin types?
Yes, this serum is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive, oily, dry combination and mature skin. It is non comedogenic, meaning it won’t clog pores, making it safe for acne prone individuals.

4)Can I use this serum on my entire face or just on dark spots?
You can use it both ways:
✔ Apply all over the face to even skin tone and brighten the complexion.
✔ Apply directly on dark spots for targeted treatment.

5)Does this serum work on melasma?
This product Tranexamic acid and niacinamide in this serum are clinically proven to assist the appearance of melasma. To address melasma we advise you get proper consultation from our aesthetician, melasma is triggered by sun exposure, hormones and heat so daily sunscreen use is essential to prevent worsening.

6)Can I use this serum if I have acne prone skin?
Yes. The non comedogenic formula helps fade post acne marks (PIH), reduce inflammation, and regulate sebum production. Niacinamide (3%) also helps control oiliness and prevent future breakouts.

7)Will this serum cause purging?
No, this serum does not contain exfoliating acids (AHA/BHA) or retinoids, so it should not cause purging. Some people may experience minor skin adjustments (mild redness or dryness) during the first few days, which typically resolves with continued use.

8)Can this serum be used on sensitive skin?
Yes! The formula contains soothing and hydrating ingredients like aloe vera, sodium hyaluronate, and betaine, making it gentle enough for sensitive skin. If you have extremely sensitive skin, start using it every other day before increasing frequency.

14)Can I layer this serum with other skincare products?
Yes! It works well with hyaluronic acid, peptides, ceramides, and sunscreen. However, avoid layering with:
🚫 High-strength acids (AHA/BHA/Lactic acid) – May cause irritation.
🚫 Retinol/Tretinoin: Can increase skin sensitivity.
🚫 Benzoyl Peroxide: May reduce the effectiveness of vitamin C.
If using retinol or exfoliating acids, apply them on alternate nights instead of layering them together.
